This Italian Styled Villa has beautiful mountain views and situated in a quiet part of the Fish Hoek. The guest lounge has satellite television, fireplace and the guest library.
The Lapa with braai and pizza oven offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your well-earned holiday in the sun.
The Lapa overlooks the solar heated swimming pool, with sun lounges inviting you to do some sun bathing.

Our 6 well appointed rooms are extremely spacious and airy, with en suite bathrooms and furnished to 4 Star and Great Comfort standard
Luxury Rooms
Noordhoek Room - Executive or Honeymoon Suite - large balcony and the beautiful full en suite bathroom with corner bath adds to the luxury you will experience.
Kommetjie Room - Honeymoon Suite - The king size bed and full en suite bathroom that includes a bidet and heated towel rail serve to enhance the experience of true hospitality. The vine-covered balcony provides views of the valley that add to the splendour of this suite.
Kalk Bay Room - spacious bedroom with en suite shower and toilet as well as a separate lounge with a queen size sleeper couch. The lounge also has a full ensuite bathroom.
Simons Town Room - This spacious room offers guests the luxury of either twin or king size bed, a private balcony and en suite bathroom with under floor heating.
Standard Rooms
Fish Hoek Room - This room has a queen size bed and full en suite bathroom. The light blue walls and straw-coloured carpeting provide a warm atmosphere.
Boulders Room
This ground floor suite has been specifically designed so that it not only meets the needs of able-bodied guests but also the accessibility needs of wheelchair users or physically disabled guests. The beds are 57 centimetres from the floor and can be adjusted down by 7 centimetres and up to accommodate a hoist. The cupboard has a lower rail for hangers with doors that open 180 degrees. The room opens on to a patio that has direct access to the solar heated swimming pool.
BREAKFAST AND DINING
We realise that business travellers have specific needs when visiting us; time is important to you so we start serving breakfast at 7am and if requested will provide you with a packed lunch. It’s surprising how many business people are just too busy to get out for something to eat during the day. |
